ALL SALES ARE FINAL
- Layaway accounts must have a minimum payment of $10 monthly to remain an active account.
- Any customer cancellation is subject to a 40% cancellation fee of the total.
- All sales are subject to management approval.
- Because of loading schedules sellers can only designate the day for delivery, not a specified time.
- Customer personally hauls merchandise signed for pick up, not our employees.
- All sales are final, absolutely no refunds in any situation according to corporate policy.
- The seller shall deal in earnest when estimating the order time on merchandise but shall not be held responsible for delays.
- Changes in availability from the time of estimate will not invalidate order.
- All exchanges that are not our fault will incur a delivery charge.
- Buyer shall measure doorways, stairways, and areas to be used before ordering.
- The seller assumes no responsibility for merchandise purchased that is too large to fit.
- Customer gives full right to dealer to repossess merchandise when payment is made by an NRF check or other form of invalid payment.
- Buyers paying by credit card fully agree not to be able to dispute any charges after signing this contract and credit card voucher.
- Full retail exchange prices for any exchanges if applicable.
- Seller assumes no responsibility for shipping or delivery delays.
